N-Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a naturally occurring compound derived from the digestion of indole-3-carbinol (I3C), which is found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, brussels sprouts, and kale. DIM is often used as a dietary supplement or compounded into oral capsules or topical formulations for its potential hormonal balancing, anti-cancer, and anti-inflammatory effects.
