Product Overview

Bi-Test is a compounded injectable testosterone blend consisting of 75% testosterone enanthate and 25% testosterone cypionate. Both are long-acting testosterone esters used in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to treat male hypogonadism. This combination aims to leverage the pharmacokinetic profiles of both esters to provide a more stable and sustained release of testosterone, potentially reducing the frequency of injections and minimizing fluctuations in hormone levels.1,2

Testosterone enanthate and testosterone cypionate are both esterified forms of testosterone, designed for intramuscular injection. Once administered, the esters are cleaved, releasing free testosterone into the bloodstream. Testosterone then binds to androgen receptors in various tissues, exerting anabolic and androgenic effects. These effects include the development and maintenance of male secondary sexual characteristics, stimulation of muscle and bone growth, and regulation of libido and mood.1,2,3,4
