The “Team Spotlight” series will allow you to meet one of Wells Pharmacy Network’s highly experienced experts. This professional/personal look will help you get to know who we are, and give an inside look at how our team members work to achieve our goal of becoming a market leader in the compounding industry.

Brian Goodrich – Business Manager

What do you do at Wells Pharmacy Network (WPN)?

As Business Manager, I cultivate relationships with prescribers and practices specializing in Anti-Aging, Wellness, Peptide Therapies, Weight Management and Sexual Health. I introduce new compounded product options to clinics in seven states, – New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington – as well as Puerto Rico.

What is the one lesson you’ve learned in the industry that has helped you most?

The compounding industry is complicated, and literally sees new changes every. So, as a liaison between WPN and our customers, it is crucial to be adaptable and prepared for change. Thankfully, at Wells Pharmacy Network, our ability to innovate has allowed us to succeed, while competitors have faltered. It’s an exciting time.

What do you enjoy most about working with customers/clients?

I really get a lot of satisfaction knowing that the products and protocols I help to introduce provide significant benefits to the practices I work with, and the patients they treat. WPN products are the best in the industry. When you know you are selling such a great line, it motivates you to work even harder, because you see the benefits of what you are doing across the board.

In your opinion, what value(s) do customers gain by working with WPN as opposed to competitors?

Wells Pharmacy Network’s ability to offer a varied formulary that covers a wide range of therapies provides our customers with the opportunity to meet all of their compounding needs through a single source. Customers know our product quality is second to none, and because of that, they are confident that WPN can be their one-stop shop, and this has led to the establishment of many long-term relationships.

How do you support WPN’s mission and dedication to improving the health and safety of customers’ patients?

I spend considerable time staying abreast of the latest trends and safety concerns throughout the compounding industry, and their potential effects on the clinics I serve, and the patient base they treat. At WPN, the safety of the medications we produce is of utmost importance, because our patients rely on us to provide the safest and most effective products in the industry. We realize how important that is, and do everything we can to guarantee that our formulations are the best and safest in the industry.

Why are you proud to work at WPN?

As one of the longer-tenured employees at Wells Pharmacy Network, I’m quite proud of how the company has continuously evolved over the years. WPN has always been a leader in the industry, and one of the reasons for that is because we have always been willing to invest resources in the latest technologies, which has allowed WPB to broaden its product offerings. As a company, we have long been on the cutting edge, and that has been exciting to see.

What are the biggest challenges faced by WPN and its customers in the current healthcare environment?

There are many, including the COVID-19 pandemic and supply chain issues But overall, I think the biggest challenges facing manufacturers like WPN and our customers are the ongoing changes in regulations at the national and state levels. To remain successful, we must continue to navigate these changes, adapt to them, and share the knowledge we acquire with our customers.
